Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a notification.

Shipping time and processing time are two separate things.

We emphasize that any delays in shipping after the goods are picked up by the shipper are not our responsibility because they are beyond our control. In such cases we will contact the shipper to gather information.

Rates and estimates for domestic shipments

We offer domestic shipping throughout Italy.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Punginelli srl is not responsible for these additional charges, which are instead your responsibility as the customer.

How can I check the status of an order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that can be used to check its status. The tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at luca@punginellisrl.it with your name and order number and we will make the necessary checks.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us as soon as possible at luca@punginellisrl.it by sending your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these problems on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
